The accuracy, completeness, and legality of job postings are the sole responsibility of the users. FiverrUp does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of the services offered by freelancers/service providers.

b. Freelancers/Service Providers: Users offering services on FiverrUp must comply with our guidelines and policies. They are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, providing high-quality services, and delivering services as agreed upon with the client.

c. Client-Freelancer Relationships: FiverrUp facilitates communication and transactions between clients and freelancers/service providers but does not assume responsibility for any disputes, contracts, or interactions that may arise between them. Users are solely responsible for their actions, agreements, and the outcomes of their engagements.

4. Fees and Payments

a. Service Fees: FiverrUp may charge fees for certain services, as outlined in our separate fee schedule. By using these services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any associated taxes.

b. Payment Processing: FiverrUp utilizes third-party payment processors for the processing of payments. Users may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by these processors.

c. Disputes and Refunds: Disputes regarding payments or services should be resolved directly between clients and freelancers/service providers. FiverrUp may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds or act as an arbitrator.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: FiverrUp and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the property of FiverrUp or its licensors. Users may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from FiverrUp without prior written consent.

b. User-Generated Content: By posting content on FiverrUp, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

FiverrUp provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties or representations regarding the platform’s availability, reliability, or accuracy. In no event shall FiverrUp be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform.
