This role is open to remote candidates. This role is non-exempt hourly and pays $16.00 an hour. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

The Quality Control Specialist will review and audit settlements to ensure accuracy and guidelines are followed correctly. They will communicate directly with internal departments when there are issues or errors to be corrected and follow up when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit detailed information in our proprietary computer system
  • Review documentation to ensure information is accurate in the system
  • Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Process settlements when everything is correct
  • Follow up on any issues or errors when needed
  • Any additional team tasks per business needs

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Administrative experience preferred
  • Experience within the Payments department
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong work ethic, flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am-5pm

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
