Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a wide variety of graphic assets including illustrations, images, icons, and banner images for our digital and print channels.
  • Work closely with our Portal development and design teams to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.
  • Interpret brand strategies and adhere to established brand guidelines in all design projects.
  • Take briefs from initial conception to final execution, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Review and enhance design briefs by gathering necessary information and data through research.
  • Use up-to-date industry software to prepare and optimize assets for web, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Provide creative input during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Seek and incorporate feedback from peers, stakeholders, and users to continuously improve the design quality.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of our design processes.

Required skills and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Animation, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and web and print standards.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • Ability to interpret and execute design briefs with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Certified Graphic Design Professional (CGDP) or Certified Professional Graphic Artist (CPGA).
  • Any other relevant industry certifications that demonstrate proficiency in graphic design or related fields.
  • Other Skills: User Research, Usability Testing, Wireframing, Prototyping
